AI Project Manager

This is a hybrid role in Lille, with the requirement to be on site 1 to 2 days per week.

Job Description

We are looking for an AI Project Manager for a client in the financial services sector.

Your responsibilities include framing the technical aspects of the AI program and conducting a feasibility study, ensuring that each project aligns with the strategic vision and meets the identified needs, while considering the technical specificities, constraints, and associated risks.

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyse the needs expressed by stakeholders.
2. Identify the most suitable AI solutions to meet these needs.
3. Define a program deployment strategy, considering the specifics of existing systems and technical constraints.
4. Conduct a risk analysis for the program and propose corrective actions or mitigation measures.

Skills required:

1. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.), frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.), and AI deployment tools.
2. Needs Analysis: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical AI solutions, including carrying out feasibility studies.
3. Project Management: Skills in managing complex technical projects, with experience in implementing large-scale AI solutions.
4. Deployment Strategy: Experience in defining AI deployment strategies, integrating data management, security, required resources, solution scalability, and maintenance.
5. Risk Management: Ability to conduct risk analyses for AI projects and propose solutions to minimise them.
6. Communication: Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and to explain technical concepts to non-experts.
7. Language: Fluent English and French.
