General Purpose and Scope of Position:
The Customer Service Representative is essential to the technical sales manager. The role is key to the sales and marketing support function. The individual is expected to provide superior service to our customers, our suppliers, and identified sales team members. This position will solicit sales orders, provide potential customers with product information and samples, and be a customer point of contact in the absence of a sales representative. This role works closely with the sales and production teams at our Texas and Idaho locations to increase sales, resolve customer complaints, and handle routine customer correspondence.

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $18.99 to $25.34/hr. Wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for many benefits, such as vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
