Agile Master Lead

PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM
AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled out within the entire group in the coming years.

As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination, and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while ensuring legacy transition.

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the job is to take the lead on agile practices inside the product line and become the referent on agile topics for the teams in order to make agile the nominal way of working for all people involved in the product line.

MISSIONS
As a member of the One Workplace Modern device team, I will:

At team level

• Support teammates in becoming autonomous in the Agile methodology.
• Animate agile meetings for the teams and specific workshops.
• Help the feature teams (product owner + team) to focus on becoming predictable in order to commit to the release planning shared with the stakeholders.
• Animate dynamic, immersive, and interactive retrospectives to maintain the team spirit of “agile is a mindset” rather than a method.
• Track team’s progress on customer & team satisfaction as well as team velocity delivery commitment to help improve the team’s operating model.

At product line level

• Be an agile reference to help the Product Line feature teams focus on their product.
• Develop leadership and build an efficient team spirit to assist Agile deployment across the whole product line.
• Animate and support the Product Owners community in their activities to ensure they are autonomous and to create a concrete and systemic transformation.
• Animate and support the Scrum Master community to create a concrete and systemic transformation.
• Prepare and animate the Agile Fairs organized within the Product Line to share progress, successes, and failures in a continuous learning experience.
