As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be expected to nurture prospects, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close. You will be working with some of the largest Brands & Agencies in France. You will be facilitating joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations. Draw up sales account plans and be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets:
Prospect and pitch agency planners and buyers digital and account leads, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns.
Manage agency relationship from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients.
Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new agencies.
Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams.
Identify and understand trends within the Retail industry, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business.
Attend industry events and work closely with the Account Strategist team to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities.
Accurate pipeline management and ownership of both new & existing opportunities across multiple products.
Who You Are:
Previous experience in digital media sales experience, display, search or e-commerce: minimum 3 years as a sales is required.
Experience in face-to-face client sales and good knowledge of Hold co’s agencies (big 6) in France.
Track record of driving new business, and establishing relationships with key contacts in prospects from the key Retail industry sector.
Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and industry knowledge of competing products a plus.
Industry knowledge such as technology providers, site tagging, ad serving, DMP, attribution and CRM.
Ability to understand clients' business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalized way.
