LE POSTE

The role is to ensure the administrative processes and management of commercial contracts (Power sale / purchase) of companies in France (11 operating companies, 2 holding companies of which 1 service entity).

The position is based in Paris, with some travel to the Headquarter and to French wind farms.

The line manager is the Head of TCM Europe.

The position interfaces with the Asset Manager France, and with the head office in Switzerland (accounting, controlling and treasury in particular).

The role works closely with the 2 Wind Farm Operations Managers.

Accounting and contract management activities:

  1. Customers and suppliers: recording, checking, issuing and posting invoices and follow-up.
  2. Lease management: Interface with owners and operators, checking and issuing receipts, etc.
  3. Management of landowners / farmers (management of agreements).
  4. Commercial Management / Management of Power purchase / sale agreement: Issuing and transmitting electricity production invoices.
  5. Ensuring proper settlement of contracts and verifying amounts to be collected.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all required regulations in the renewable energy production field.

Administrative function:

  1. Purchasing supplies.
  2. Infrastructure management.
  3. Compliance with legal obligations (posters, communication and internal regulations).
  4. Staff travel management.
  5. Assistance with legal formalities, in particular annual closings and publicity, in coordination with the legal department and accounting firms.
  6. Archiving of commercial, accounting and administrative documents.
  7. Mail and call management.

Management control:

  1. Support accounting & controlling BKW group (budget, cost control).
  2. Support in preparing reports to other stakeholders (project financing banks, and minority shareholders of some wind farms).

Internal communications:

  1. Participation in regulatory and market monitoring.
  2. Development of best practice, standardisation.
  3. Internalisation of services, where applicable.

Project management and support:

  1. Support for the management of service providers and customers (drawing up and monitoring quotations and contracts, negotiation, acceptance checks, dispute management, declarations by external contractors).
  2. Support for declarations relating to environmental permits and administrative authorisations for wind farms.
  3. Assistance with project management for acquisition of new facilities (due diligence, document management).

Travel necessity is low (occasionally to BKW HQ in Switzerland or to wind farms).

You will have at least 5 years' experience working as an administrative and/or accounting and/or commercial contracts management (management of Power sale / purchase agreement), preferably in the wind or PV energy sector, or alternatively, in the energy/infrastructure business. We are also open to evaluate candidates with different working experience.

Mastery of EXCEL / WORD / PowerPoint is a prerequisite; solid SAP knowledge is a strong plus.

Working language is French. You are fluent in English and have good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
