2. Description of the department
AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt and hedge funds.

We offer diversified sources of private market returns through primaries, secondaries, co-investments, as well as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions.

Through partnerships with best-in-class fund managers, we tailor investment solutions for institutional investors and wealth managers that support long-term sustainable growth. AXA IM Prime's team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA group's ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn of alternative assets, with EUR5bn of commitments p.a. to further be deployed over the next 3 years.

3. The main responsibilities of the role

• Support the team for reviewing invoices to be paid by the funds, ensuring compliance with the predefined budget
• Prepare invoices to be sent to the funds
• Ensure consistency between issued invoices and received bank payments
• Enter and upload invoices in the eFront tool and to the network
• Update and monitor the invoice file on an ongoing basis
• Assist the team in review and control the budget of new funds
• Support the team in control of the Net Asset Values of the funds or in other projects

Your Profile

4. Profile Data analyst / Data Scientists

Education/Qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year degree with a specialization in Accounting
• Previous experience in asset management is an advantage

Technical skills

• Understanding of Finance
• Capacity of leading projects
• Understanding of fund management is an advantage

Competencies

• Fluency in English
• Literate in MS Office, particularly in Excel
• Strong relationship building skills and autonomy
• Team player with strong communication skills and very well organized
• Rigor and analytical skills
