Job Description

You join a team of 15 people. You are part of the Data Analytics & Thematic Review department and participate in all 1.2 controls as part of the reliability of financial information published quarterly.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

• Conduct the review of controls 1.1 and perform controls 1.2, in particular on accounting/ management reconciliations on the balance sheet and off-balance sheet, P&L eco/ accounting reconciliations, the control of deviations from IFRS/French standards in financial statements (profit/balance sheet/off-balance sheet), the control of internal operations and other more targeted topics (future management expenses, AVA FAC, monolines, discounts);
• Check and analyse manual entries for the production of ad hoc reporting;
• Check and analyse elements related to fair value levels for the production of quarterly appendices.

We work with the other departments of the Financial Data Integrity department: the Closing Controls & Certification teams and the other departments of the Financial Control Division, including Social & Consolidated Accounting and Financial Permanent Control LoD2.

You will also be in contact with the Risk Management, the Valuation Group department, the Norms department, as well as the CIB accounting teams (GMO, GBO).

You will be required to use the Matisse accounting tool via EasyMorph, the internal reconciliation tools eMatch/César and the proximity technologies Excel, Power BI and Easymorph in the exercise of your controls and analyses.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have a degree in auditing or accounting and have successful experience in similar functions.

You are proficient:

• IFRS banking accounting standards on CIB products (market and financing operations);
• French banking accounting standards.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

• Rigorous and autonomous;
• With a good sense of synthesis, you have excellent capabilities for formalization and restitution of work;
• Motivated by teamwork.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
