Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Dublin

As part of continued growth, the company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to join the team.

Role Overview:

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with vendors and customers. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to meeting sales targets and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets.
  2. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all assigned accounts and create growth plans.
  3. Identify and research new prospects in key growth markets and technologies.
  4. Collaborate effectively with internal departments to enhance efficiency.
  5. Support vendor and commercially-led initiatives as required.
  6. Engage with all relevant training and educational opportunities.
  7. Work with management to achieve personal and professional goals.
  8. Create and implement business plans aligned with company strategy.
  9. Maintain a structured and organised approach to account management.
  10. Meet all role-specific metrics and KPIs.
  11. Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of enterprise technology solutions including server, storage, and infrastructure.
  3. Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer and vendor relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales success.
  6. Effective time management and organisational skills.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
