Your Mission

As an Account Manager covering EMEA, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of AI-powered solutions. By building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, you will help healthcare professionals optimize their workflows, unlock the full potential of AI technology, and foster long-term partnerships that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across different sales regions.
  2. Build and maintain trusted relationships to ensure customers achieve their goals.

Customer Adoption & Success

  1. Lead seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring successful AI solution implementation.
  2. Proactively monitor customer satisfaction, addressing concerns before they arise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance overall experience.
  2. Provide strategic insights that contribute to continuous product and process improvements.

Training & Change Management

  1. Deliver expert training sessions and guide customers through change management processes to maximize solution adoption.

Business Reviews & Growth Opportunities

  1. Conduct regular business reviews to assess success metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

On-Site Customer Engagement & Industry Events

  1. Travel frequently (40–60% per month) to engage with customers in person, attend industry events, and support deployment projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Multi-Tasking & Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.

Flexibility & Travel: Willingness and ability to travel across various countries.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Background in Healthcare, MedTech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
