The company

Our client is a 60 million USD+ revenue software vendor of Digital Transformation solutions.

The role

Seeking a self-motivated Account Manager to lead the relationship with one of our client's main customers. This is a sole contributor account management role where you will drive sales, build client relationships, and position our client as a leader in their space.

Whilst the client is an existing supplier to the account, it has a wide portfolio of software that is highly sellable to both the Telecoms part of the client group and the enterprise-oriented businesses in the group.

The vendor's set of solutions includes CRM, Billing, Customer Service, CX, Martech, AI Chatbots, Campaign Management, Workforce Process Automation, Low-Code Application development, and others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
  2. Identify and engage key decision-makers in the telecommunications operators or the region.
  3. Tailor solutions to client needs, collaborating with internal teams.
  4. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven B2B sales success in key Telecoms Service Providers in France.
  2. Strong understanding of telecom and digital trends.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Please note that our client does not have an entity in France and hence the candidate must be open to invoice my client.
