What you’ll do & Who you are

Job description:

You will work within the leboncoin Customer Relations Department, more specifically in the Key Account division (ex ADV - CSM), reporting to the Key Account ADV manager. ADV Grands comptes, comprising five members. You will carry out the following tasks:

Managing customer orders:

  • Validation of order forms in accordance with established processes
  • Follow-up of quotations awaiting signature & elements enabling the correct distribution at the start of the service
  • Setting up specific orders
  • Checks and corrections before products are put online

Customer invoicing:

  • Management of customer credit notes with finance
  • Return of customer invoices
  • Verification and correction before invoicing

Customer portfolio:

  • Updating customer networks in our CRM
  • Customer onboarding
  • Proactive monitoring of customers
  • Handling malfunctions

Your portfolio of activities may extend to other assignments.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Sense of customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills and oral and written expression (spelling and grammar)
  • Curiosity, quick-wittedness, reactivity and proactivity
  • Fluency in Google Sheets and/or Excel is essential
  • Sense of responsibility
  • A taste for teamwork, both face-to-face and remotely
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of the property market is a plus
