Designation: Senior Process Engineer

Qualification: Ideally Masters in Chemical Engineering or Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering

Working Days & Timings: 5 days, 12.00 noon to 8.00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Lead Process Engineers in all aspects of Process Design to deliver engineering solutions at Concept, FEED and detailed design project phases.
• Develop sizing calculations for Process equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, distillation columns, compressors, separators, reactors etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment datasheets.
• Preparing process equipment and instrument-related documents for project requirements within a given time frame.
• Prepare and review design documents/drawings such as P&IDs prepared by the design team.
• Keep up to date with new developments of standards, process software, procedures and implement them in the day to day work.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and chemical process simulators. Experience gained on production sites will be a plus.
• Perform site visits to complete site surveys, site meetings, and other site related activities.
• Prepare process specifications, drawings (PFD, P&IDs etc.), and process deliverables.

• c) Heat and mass heat balance
• d) P&I diagrams
• f) Line list
• h) Process data sheets for equipment
• j) Control philosophy

Preferred

• Ideally chartered or working towards chartership.
• Familiarity with process design in a chemical process plants environment.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
