Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Solution Engineer to help us support product deployment and service releases for our current and future customers.
Reporting to the Manager of Solution Engineering, this position provides technical expertise and support during the installation, deployment, and maintenance phases of AXON Networks award-winning software products.
The Solution Engineer is primarily involved in the analysis and implementation of technical system requirements and ensuring that project technical needs are met.

- Participate in Solution projects with high quality standards and tight timelines.
- Communicate and follow up project status and deliverables by reporting regularly to external and internal stakeholders.
- Help with the gathering of requirements from customers and finding technical solutions to customize a product that fits the customer’s needs.
- Provide Technical Support to customers working closely with AXON Networks Technical Experts.
- Provide support in the installation, configuration and testing of AXON Networks products and solutions (interventions outside of usual business hours can be expected occasionally).
- Prepare technical environments for AXON Networks product demonstrations and trials.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.S. Computer Science, Software or equivalent.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a Solution Engineer or related role.
- Knowledge of database models and their use through SQL.
- Familiarity with object-oriented software languages.
- Experience with Linux (as a user) as well as programming in scripting languages like Python is preferred.
- Knowledge of network or telecom management systems and devices, specifically as they pertain to xDSL, optical fiber and WiFi related systems is an advantage.
- Advanced Linux experience and familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible) are preferred.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in providing technical support, gathering requirements, and presenting results to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Product Management, R&D Teams, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Open to remote work from Spain office with up to 10% travel and CET time zone availability.
