About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our AP automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to ensure we continue to deliver best-in-class solutions that streamline accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define product strategy and roadmap for AP automation solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
2. Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to customer adoption, driving innovation and continuous improvement
3. Partner with engineering and UX teams to develop scalable, user-centric solutions
4. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and validate features
5. Apply data analysis to track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvements
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI/ML advancements, to enhance automation capabilities
7. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and market success

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AP automation or financial technology
2. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of AP processes, with prior experience as a process owner or in a similar role is a plus
3. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in automation is a strong plus
4. Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate customer pain points into innovative product solutions
5. Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams
6. Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills to drive product decisions and measure success
