Senior Data Engineer, Databricks & Fabric

We are looking for Senior Data Engineers with experience in Lakehouse architecture and Databricks or Microsoft Fabric to join our supportive, quality-oriented team of experienced consultants.

Location: Any twoday office (Helsinki, Tampere, Hyvinkää, Turku, Jyväskylä) with flexible remote working opportunities.

Salary range: Base salary ranges from 3000 - 6500€ + additional bonus based on your customer invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Designing data architectures for large enterprise clients.
• Taking a lead role in projects, working closely with development teams to ensure high quality.
• Acting as a consultant, translating client requirements into technical specifications.
• Building data solutions with tools like Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Integrating data from multiple source systems into a cohesive data platform.
• Using data modeling and data governance practices to meet business and analytics goals.
• Developing reports and dashboards that present data in a way that creates value for end users.

Key Skills in this Role:

• Experience building Lakehouse solutions with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid understanding of data modeling in a medallion architecture.
• Skilled in Python and Spark.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Azure Functions or similar serverless tools.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Good communication skills in at least English; Finnish skills are an advantage.
