About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to join our team in Finland. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and developing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Mentor and professionally develop sales executives, focusing on strategies to improve closure rates and opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
  • Experience in solution sales, particularly software/SaaS/cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Finnish market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
