We are now looking for a Quality Specialist to join our growing team.

What This Role Is About

The quality team is responsible for maintaining the management system and ensuring continuous improvement at Smartvatten. The Quality Specialist will take part in these responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities In This Role

• Maintain the quality and environmental management system.
• Participate in internal and external audits, prepare reports on findings, and suggest improvements.
• Manage sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Documentation and data analysis related tasks.
• Work closely with different departments and stakeholders to integrate requirements into daily operations.

About Our Team

The Quality specialist will be part of the Quality team within the People & Processes & Profit organization. The team and this role are based in Espoo and we’d expect to see you at the office 2-3 days a week.

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

• A relevant degree, such as an engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in quality and environmental management roles.
• A precise and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English, both oral and written.
• Strong collaboration skills for working closely with various departments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, and preferably also experienced with ERP & CRM systems.
• A growth-oriented mindset with the willingness to improve, innovate, and grow in the role.
