Now we’re looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Data & AI Lead to shape the future of performance marketing with us.

Key Responsibilities & Initiatives
- Unified reporting capabilities: Develop standardized reporting frameworks and enhance Intentio’s analytics, such as MMM capabilities and other modeling projects.
- Scalable data solutions: Build and refine client databases, data pipelines, and analytics workflows so that reporting and data models can be rolled out across multiple client accounts. Lead the development of Intentio’s own tools for data integration, bringing insights to our teams and customers without hype—only concrete AI applications that genuinely improve outcomes.
- AI Workflows & Automation: Incorporate AI solutions (e.g., LLM applications) into our processes, from building automated analytics dashboards to leveraging APIs for marketing platforms (Google Ads, analytics tools, etc.). Share best practices with the team and serve as the go-to person for practical AI applications and examples of how AI fits into our solutions, insights, and processes.
- Project-based analytics: Deliver analytics projects (e.g., GA4 and GTM implementations) and solve data challenges for our clients. Collaborate closely with other Intentio experts and client teams, ensuring end-to-end accountability for data capabilities.
- Responsibilities & Time allocation: Approximately 40% of your time is billable client work, including projects that advance Intentio’s overall data capabilities. The remaining 60% is dedicated to developing our data competencies and supporting team members internally. You will have comprehensive responsibility for our data roadmap and will prioritize development areas in line with business strategy and needs.

Example focus areas in Your role
- Data Integration & Dashboard Development: Combine and manage data from various sources (marketing platforms, product feeds, analytics tools, e-commerce systems, etc.) using solutions such as BigQuery. Collaborate with colleagues to transform raw data into actionable insights, supported by AI-driven visualization and reporting.
- Brand Performance & Insights: Create analytical frameworks for monitoring brand-related metrics over time, including competitor benchmarking. Segment results by region or other relevant factors to uncover trends that inform strategic decision-making.
- Keyword Research & Market Trends: Develop scalable workflows for keyword research that respond to user input, leveraging various data sources. Identify emerging topics to help shape new business or marketing opportunities.
- AI-Driven Marketing Workflows: Implement intelligent alerts and insights to optimize key marketing platforms. Explore chatbot-style interactions for more intuitive account management. Work towards automating targeted recommendations and actions based on AI-driven analysis.

Requirements
- Marketing data and web analytics: You have a proven track record of working with digital marketing data. You're comfortable using tools like GA4 and GTM. Whether building dashboards, setting up custom tracking, or identifying growth opportunities through data, you bring clarity to complex marketing performance questions.
- Data infrastructure: You understand data architectures and are familiar with commonly used programming languages and cloud solutions (SQL, Python, SQL, BigQuery etc.). You have experience in Google Cloud Platform.
- Data modeling: You have experience in marketing mix modeling and have applied statistical modeling techniques to measure incrementality and evaluate the impact of experiments.
- API integrations: You connect data across multiple platforms—spanning automation tools to analytics suites—ensuring efficient workflows and consistent data exchange.
- AI early adopter: You actively test AI solutions, identify and integrate those that deliver tangible business value.
- Strategic & commercial thinking: You view data through a business lens: pinpointing real-world challenges, proposing impactful solutions.
- MarTech fluency: Your familiarity with Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), CDPs (like Custobar), marketing intelligence tools (like Ahrefs or Semrush), automation tools (like Zapier), and CRM systems (like Hubspot or Salesforce) helps you see how data underpins customer engagement and growth.
- Languages: professional proficiency in English and Finnish.
