As our new Junior Sales Representative you will be working with around 250 stores in the biggest cities, becoming the face of Danone to our customers within convenience & OOH. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team leader and get support from our expert category team and tailored sales tools and activation plans that help you succeed in-store.

What You’ll Do:

1. Boost product distribution in your territory
2. Develop categories to meet shopper and customer needs
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with store partners and customers
4. Drive in-store promotion activities within the convenience sector
5. Accelerate OOH sales growth through smart execution

About you

You’re a driven sales enthusiast who doesn’t take no for an answer and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Ideally, you’re early in your sales career, preferably bringing experience from FMCG or a similar field, and you’re passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships.

To be successful in the role as our new Junior Sales Representative, we believe that you are someone who communicates with confidence and clarity—both in Finnish and English.You’re self-motivated, eager to learn, and always looking for new ways to grow and improve.

You have strong IT skills, using technology as a tool to make your work more efficient and impactful. You love the idea of being on the move: with frequent travel around the biggest cities, you’ll spend much of your time visiting customers face-to-face, and for you, that’s not just a task—it’s exciting! You are located in or near Helsinki (since most customers are located in the capital area), and a valid driver’s license and being comfortable driving regularly are therefore essential.
