We are seeking a dynamic and analytical

Investor Relations (IR) Manager

to join our Portfolio Management team. As our IR Manager, you will manage investor communications, reporting, and presentation materials for shareholders, ensuring accurate, timely investor interaction.

Your key Responsibilities

• You´ll respond promptly to investor questions and data inquiries via our dedicated mailbox and participate in bi-weekly calls with the Blackstone asset management team based in London.
• You’ll prepare comprehensive shareholder presentations that involve gathering data, coordinating across teams, conducting review meetings with senior management, while addressing investor questions.
• You’ll oversee the weekly reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of reports to investors and participate in weekly investor calls.
• You’ll provide updates on market trends and investor sentiment to management and Blackstone.

Additionally, you’ll participate in tasks within the Portfolio Management team to develop essential skills, enabling you to handle investor inquiries independently and effectively.

Qualifications you bring

• Strong real estate experience with a solid understanding of cash flow analysis and operational key figures. Investor relations experience is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A detail-oriented and proactive approach with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
• Professional English language proficiency.
