Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and driven Finnish Content Creator to join our growing content and communications team. In this role, you'll produce compelling and culturally tuned content in Finnish to help us engage with our audience across digital channels—social media, websites, blogs, campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and localize engaging content in Finnish
2. Develop storytelling ideas for campaigns, blog posts, and social media
3. Translate and adapt content from English to Finnish, ensuring cultural relevance
4. Collaborate with marketing, HR, and branding teams
5. Follow content calendars and contribute creative input
6. Stay informed about trends in Finnish digital culture and communication

Qualifications:

1. Native-level Finnish writing and communication skills
2. Experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing
3. Strong writing and storytelling abilities
4. Self-motivated with excellent time management
5. Familiar with content tools like Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, etc.
6. Fluent in English for collaboration with internal teams

Nice to Have:

1. Experience creating short-form video or visual content
2. Understanding of employer branding or internal communications
3. Previous work in tech, telecom, or customer service industries
