Introduction

We are seeking a Director, Digital Service Development, to join our Crusher Wears Business Line team. In this role, you will enhance our customer service by leading the development and deployment of our digital solution strategy and innovating new solutions and service concepts. You will be responsible for steering the individual development projects, managing some of them, coordinating deployment, as well as developing the related business and solution architecture in line with the business and product line requirements. The work involves interacting and coordinating with several stakeholders, such as product lines, market areas, distribution management, supply chain, and our digital and IT teams.

This position can be located in Espoo or Tampere, Finland, and we offer flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model.

Team you belong to

You will join a team of professionals dedicated to creating customer value and improving their operations with Crusher Wears solutions in close collaboration with our market area and DMO organizations. You will belong to our Crusher Wears Business Line Leadership team and will also be an integral part of both the Aggregates and Mining Crusher Wears Product Line teams. What You’ll Do

1. Leading the development and deployment of Crusher Wears digital solution portfolio for both the Aggregates and Mining segments.
2. Developing business and solution architecture matching our digital vision.
3. Development of new services and service concepts to support our profitable growth.

Who You Are

• Innovative development-oriented individual, with hands-on experience in getting things done.
• Excellent business and commercial understanding, with the ability to continuously improve existing solutions.
• Interest and capability for concept development and experience in developing digital offerings.
• Background and interest in understanding business infrastructures and data architectures.
• Prior experience and understanding in Mining and Aggregates businesses, including knowledge about crushers and crusher wears.
• Customer-focused mindset and experience working in a service-oriented environment.
• Full working proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
