Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our Product Group team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new sustainable solutions for Serres customers.

The role includes overseeing system design and development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of sustainable medical device solutions.
• Implement automatic system measurement and quality control practices.
• Drive innovation and radical thinking in sustainability to innovate new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical academic degree of M.Sc.
• Expertise in automatic manufacturing processes, plastic molding, and extrusion techniques.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
