Our mission is to ensure the security of our customer systems, accesses and procedures via currently approx. 150-200 firewalls, over 500 VPN tunnels and the DNS both in the data Centre in Munich and the external locations in Singapore, USA and the cloud systems of Azure and AWS. We also advise our customers and colleagues on new projects or migration projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing, optimizing and managing the customer's Tufin environment.
2. Performing installations, configurations and upgrades of Tufin products.
3. Providing technical support, training, and consulting services to customers.
4. Documenting, optimizing and automating existing application landscapes.
5. Assisting regarding factory and customer relationship management.
6. Understanding business requirements of customers and translating them into technical deployments.

Your Profile for "Making the future possible":

1. A successfully completed master degree in Computer Science or similar.
2. Solid knowledge with infrastructure operations knowledge e.g. Linux, Firewall, VPN, Networking, VMware, Monitoring.
3. Excellent analytical skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Confident in decision-making skills but also knows when to confer with colleagues.
5. Very good English skills, especially technical English.
6. Enthusiastic with a strong sense of commitment.
7. Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
8. Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
9. Prior OT Security knowledge is not necessary, but would be beneficial.
