Your mission:
This role is part of the Away From Home sales team, and offers the possibility to manage all the product categories we operate in Spain in the different sub-channels that integrate it (Fast Food, Cinemas, Hotels, Amusement Parks, Travel, Workplaces, Vending...).

Responsibilities:
_ Your day to day with us:_

  1. Attract new customers to deliver AOP sales targets and profitability.
  2. Maintain updated universes of potential customers as well as the negotiation calendar.
  3. Develop and update with the Trade team the different support materials (playbooks, sellings...).
  4. Continuous support and follow-up to the team in charge.
  5. Direct negotiation of the most relevant accounts, with the support of the MOP KAMs and MOP Sales Manager.
  6. Continuous dialogue with Suntory Schweepes and other PEP segmentation teams, New Business Developers DTS... (internal) to ensure optimal capture of opportunities.
  7. Ensure compliance with the defined commercial policy.

Qualifications:
_ What will you need to succeed?_
  1. Deep knowledge of the channel and the beverage category.
  2. Experience in negotiation and customer acquisition.
  3. Experience in team management and strong results orientation.
  4. Demonstrated analytical and financial skills (P&L; concepts).
  5. Vitality / Energy / Resiliency.
  6. Fluency in Spanish and English.
  7. Autonomy and ability to make decisions.
  8. Ability to coordinate with other functions (Trade MK, Legal, Marketing, Logistics,...).
  9. Adaptability to change.
  10. Absolute availability to travel.
  11. 5-7 years of experience in sales positions managing customers.
  12. Team management.
  13. Customer acquisition.
  14. Valuable experience in Trade MKT / DX.
