As a YouTube MCN Account Manager, you’re part of our Social Video Growth Team and will be in charge of performance and assigned internal processes. In addition to supporting the Operations team, you will support the account management team in optimizing YouTube videos, improving their presence on the platform, and finding and detecting videos on YouTube, especially soccer-related content.

Responsibilities

  1. Finding and claiming content on the platform.
  2. Knowledge of YouTube optimization (channel structure, SEO, tags, keywords, end cards, etc).
  3. Coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar with the Operations Manager and execute it.
  4. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, proceed with the integration of our CRM.
  5. Monitor YouTube’s ecosystem to identify potential clients to become the quintessential Sports Network.
  6. Collaborate with the Business Development and Content team to propose new content ideas corresponding to sponsorship opportunities.
  7. Maintain active communication with customers, both via email and calls.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, sales executive, account manager, etc.), covering both sales and operations cycles from generating opportunities to closing deals.
  2. Proven experience in the SaaS, digital, or tech/software industry with a solution selling approach.
  3. Proven experience with Adobe (Photoshop).
  4. Knowledge of sports and TV rights holders, especially focusing on the LATAM landscape.
  5. Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools and feeling comfortable with face-to-face meetings and presentations with C-level/VP executives.
  6. Tech-savvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation).
  7. Degree and 6+ months of experience in AV Communication.

Nice to have - They’re not necessary, but if you’ve got them we won’t complain!

  1. Background and/or knowledge of Intellectual Property and sports rights.
  2. Knowledge of SalesForce CRM.
  3. Any other language is a plus.
