About the role
Please note the role is open to candidates located either in Madrid (Spain) or Bangalore (India).
Adecco Group ITD has established a new 3-year ITD Strategy and requires solid processes, operational excellence, and delivery excellence to ensure the execution of the ITD strategy to build the foundation while innovating for the future.
The ITD Head of Continuous Improvement & Change will play a pivotal role to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence, contributing to the successful ITD Strategy execution.
The right candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing & managing the required transformational support measures, metrics, and tools,
including a change management centre of excellence & fostering a continuous improvement mindset and practice.
Other duties will include driving a better user experience with internal and external clients, candidates, and users, supporting the change acceleration process with the ITD and Business organizations to ensure successful delivery & adoptions along the transformation.

What you'll be doing

1. Define the CoE Framework, including scope, tools, success metrics, develop roadmap for embedding change and CI principles organization-wide.
2. Drive operational excellence, lead initiatives to optimize processes, eliminate waste and duplications, and improve efficiency and quality.
