Senior Machine Learning Scientist – Lead LLM Innovation

Remote in Europe (within ±2 hours of UK time zone)

We’re partnering with a pioneering AI company that’s pushing the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud automation. They’re looking for a Senior ML Scientist to take ownership of LLM development, optimization, and strategic direction —not just fine-tune models based on predefined specs.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with AI engineers & cloud specialists to push the boundaries of Generative AI.
• Build production-ready LLM solutions using Python or Golang.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to enhance model performance and drive innovation.

What They’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of hands-on ML experience, with deep expertise in LLMs and NLP.
• Strong Python or Golang skills for scalable AI system deployment.
• A proactive, strategic mindset; you shape LLM development, not just execute tasks.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Additional Details:
