Everything you are looking for and more! We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Image Specialist to help shape and maintain the brand identity of our logistics company. This role is responsible for ensuring that all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and public-facing content align with the company's brand image and values. The ideal candidate will be experienced in branding, visual communication, and media content creation and will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s reputation and visibility within the logistics sector.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing, advertising, and communication channels including digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand identity into all customer-facing and internal materials.
Execute the brand's communication strategy both in the long and short term and develop all assets needed to bring the strategy to life.
Develop projects aligned with the strategic plan in collaboration with all related departments.
Conduct deep analysis and monitoring of brand performance at the consumer level and implement actions accordingly.
Communicate and manage with the pool of external agencies and related departments.
Visual Identity & Content Creation: Develop and maintain visual branding elements (e.g., logos, typography, color schemes) and ensure they are consistently applied across all platforms.
Create or oversee the production of high-quality visual content including brochures, infographics, presentations, and videos that accurately represent the company’s image.
Work with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure branding consistency and the production of visually compelling content.
Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create campaigns that reinforce the company’s brand image and resonate with target audiences.
Oversee every material and content and ensure that all posts, newsletters, ads, post graphics, and messages are on-brand and enhance the company’s image.
Manage the company’s presence at industry events and trade shows ensuring all materials and displays align with the brand image.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research to understand current trends in the logistics industry and how they may impact the company’s brand positioning.
Analyze competitor brands and recommend strategies to differentiate the company and enhance brand visibility.
Regularly assess brand performance through customer feedback and surveys, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve brand perception.
Analyze every action measuring KPIs.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or visual communications.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
Strong design and visual communication skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in managing and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand strategy and its impact on business objectives.
English Level C1 or C2 to work globally with the corporate based in Poland.
