Y-249 - Advertisers Support With Turkish

In collaboration, we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Turkish-speaking Advertiser Support in Portugal.

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using various channels (chat, email, and telephone).
2. Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products.
3. Improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding users on the platform, and helping them to use its tools and features.
4. Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
5. Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand.
6. Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Native/fluent in Turkish, both oral and written.
2. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
3. Minimum 6 months experience in Customer service roles.
4. Knowledge of the advertisement industry will be considered an advantage.
5. Eligible to work in the EU or possess Portuguese residency status.
6. Computer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Resourceful personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
9. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
10. Able to work rotating shifts.
