An international logistics company is seeking a Customer Service Administrative with experience in the sector to join our team. This role involves managing incidents, monitoring shipment volumes, handling escalations, and performing different administrative tasks related to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and resolve operational incidents effectively.
  2. Monitor and track shipment volumes to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Handle escalations to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Perform general administrative duties related to customer service.

Requirements:
  1. Methodical but also flexible personality.
  2. High proficiency in English.
  3. Experience in the logistics sector.
  4. Advanced user in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
  1. Type of Contract: Temporary 3 months (ETT) + Transfer to company.
  2. Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 3pm.
  3. Modality: Mixed.
  4. Salary package: 24K.
