Under the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager, and daily work direction of the Team Lead, the Service Repair Technician repairs a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most cost-effective problem resolution, and assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities:

1. Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
2. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
3. Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
4. Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
5. Acts with a sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.
6. Performs workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
7. Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.
8. Ensures the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.
9. Proactively executes work on a first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and on quality.
10. Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicates them proactively and drives small improvement actions.

Your background:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, working as an electrical technician.
2. A collaborative, solution-focused approach and team work oriented.
