About the role
Passionate about technology? We are looking for a Frontend developer working in a team to develop and improve applications and services using Agile methodology, preferably Scrum and being an active part of the web engineering community team.
As this Frontend developer, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Technical expert for all operational, development and deployment tasks related with frontend including improvement of quality and architecture and development of proofs of concept in new technologies.
- Following best practices is a must.
- Able to resolve complex operational issues, performance management and problems involving multiple technical domains.
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Assist architects and analysts on application of specialized knowledge to coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects.
- Metrics Application to monitor performance and measure key project criteria.
- Prepares system documentation.
What do we need?
- At least 3 years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of web platform fundamentals: HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
- Vue is a must.
- Angular and/or React.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of backend development: JEE, Spring Boot.
- Good knowledge of responsive web design.
- Experience with Git.
- Support timely delivery of technical solutions writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Solid refactoring skills.
- Definition / construction of CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Sonar, Kiuwan.
- Unit tests implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree / Certificate of Higher Education (HNC).
- Experience in working with backend engineers to design and consume APIs.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving performance problems in frontend applications.
- Establishes and maintains security, integrity, and business continuity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
