What will you do?

1. Travel a lot (40-50%) within Europe, across several Distribution Centers (France, Nordics, UK, Spain, Italy).
2. Network with and coach Lean Leaders, Plant Managers, Methods and Operations departments at department or GSC Europe level.
3. Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain domains.
4. Support tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs.
5. Be accountable with the Distribution Center for key metrics related to Delivery Service, Productivity, and Capacity.
6. Monitor performance and build improvement action plans.
7. Standardize & deploy for exemplary results.
8. Be accountable in front of Distribution Center Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within DCs under your responsibility.
9. Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Performance System).
10. Train & Coach for Sustainability.

What qualifications will make you successful?

1. Strong experience in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain / Methods / Operational performance.
2. Strong competencies in: Health & Safety, Logistics, Supply Chain, Lean Diagnostics, Warehouse Performance, Warehouse Process Design, Quality Metrics and Assurance, Continuous Improvement.
3. Strong soft skills in: Issue resolution, Change management & implementation methodology, Adaptability, resilience and flexibility, Digital acumen.
4. English C1.

Location is primarily Budapest, Hungary or alternatively might be Barcelona, Spain. Please submit an English CV.
