What will you do?
- Travel a lot (40-50%) within Europe, across several Distribution Centers (France, Nordics, UK, Spain, Italy).
- Network with and coach Lean Leaders, Plant Managers, Methods and Operations departments at department or GSC Europe level.
- Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain domains.
- Support tailored supply chain & supply chain transformation programs.
- Be accountable with the Distribution Center for key metrics related to Delivery Service, Productivity, and Capacity.
- Monitor performance and build improvement action plans.
- Standardize & deploy for exemplary results.
- Be accountable in front of Distribution Center Managers of the SPS deployment on the 3 axes (People, Product / Process, Logistic & flows) within DCs under your responsibility.
- Contribute to enrich SPS (Schneider Performance System).
- Train & Coach for Sustainability.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Strong experience in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain / Methods / Operational performance.
- Strong competencies in: Health & Safety, Logistics, Supply Chain, Lean Diagnostics, Warehouse Performance, Warehouse Process Design, Quality Metrics and Assurance, Continuous Improvement.
- Strong soft skills in: Issue resolution, Change management & implementation methodology, Adaptability, resilience and flexibility, Digital acumen.
- English C1.
