About the role:
We are looking for a VP of Sales to lead SplitMetrics' international team and play a key role in driving business growth globally. The team's mission is to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts by taking ownership of overall strategy and performance.
As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision, structure, and overall strategy of the sales function. You will ultimately be accountable for our global sales performance while directly leading the BDR, Account Executive, and Sales Enablement teams and managing their project roadmap. We expect you to be a hands-on leader who can execute and drive change. You should have strong commercial and analytical skills, applying a data-driven approach to solving business challenges.
In this role you will:
About you: 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in mobile, digital advertising, SaaS, or other highly competitive industries.
6+ years of leadership and team management experience.
Proven experience in building and scaling successful sales teams in high-growth environments.
Expertise in recruiting, coaching, and mentoring employees.
A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
Demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and enablement.
Team player who demonstrates resilience, a positive attitude, persistence, and a strong drive to succeed.
