About The Role
We are seeking a creative and energetic Video Editor who understands and resonates with Generation Z audiences. If you're skilled in editing fast-paced reels on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos, and have a passion for inspiring people to explore working abroad, we'd love to hear from you. You will play a pivotal role in producing both paid advertising video content and organic social media content, capturing the essence of our mission.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Content Creation: Edit and produce engaging video content for paid ads and organic channels, focusing on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Filming: Capture footage of our team in the office to showcase our company culture and work environment.
- Collaboration with Creators: Coordinate with content creators to source diverse video materials.
- Asset Management: Mix and edit content from various sources, including our own recordings, creator submissions, and other non-stock assets.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that inspire audiences to live and work in new countries.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with additional tasks and coordination efforts.
- Reporting: Work under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager to align video content with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in video editing, especially for platforms popular with Generation Z (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creative Flair: Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics that appeal to younger audiences.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of current trends, memes, and viral content strategies on social media platforms.
- Passion for Our Mission: Genuine interest in international mobility & employment and the opportunities it presents to move abroad.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
