Team Overview
Join Luzia, the fastest-growing AI company in Europe, where millions of Gen Z and Alpha users engage daily with our innovative and transformative products. We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor & Animator to join our Brand and Communications team. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Comms, this role will be pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our marketing campaigns and product content.

You will work at the intersection of creativity and performance, crafting visually stunning, trend-savvy content that resonates with global audiences and drives engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Animation: Create high-quality video content and simple animations, including the brand's mascot and other assets, for use in marketing campaigns and the product.
  • Creative Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute content ideas for social media, performance marketing, and product visuals.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of social media trends, integrating them into content to ensure relevance and virality.
  • Asset Creation: Develop eye-catching and on-brand creative assets for multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Optimization: Iterate on content based on performance data, user feedback, and industry insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in video editing, animation, or a related creative production role. A strong portfolio showcasing video and animation work is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
  • Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Creativity: A strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and design aesthetics.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working with AI tools and tech-forward products.
  • Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience creating mascot-based animations or brand characters.
