As a Video Content Specialist at INFiLED, you are passionate about visual storytelling. You can develop engaging visual and video content that reflects our brand identity. You will work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to craft impactful multimedia assets across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver video content for big and small events, experience centers, and digital platforms.
• Design and deliver a wide range of creative materials, including social media visuals, video content, digital advertisements, website/app banners, email designs, presentations, and printed assets.
• Ensure that all creative content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across various channels.
• Optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring adaptability across different devices and formats.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement engaging campaigns aimed at increasing audience interaction and conversions.
• Oversee multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met while upholding quality standards.
• Keep up with content creation and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.
• Assist in the creation of creative briefs and ensure all deliverables align with project objectives and target audiences.

Skills

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Content Creator
• Advanced skills in video editing and animation using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar programs.
• Advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
• Knowledge about AI design and video tools is a significant advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices for both digital and print media.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in creating video content
• Experience in creating a variety of content across multiple formats, including online and offline channels
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design techniques.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Asana and Trello.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
