About triggle

triggle is a young and growing company with the mission to connect Hotels and Activity Suppliers by equipping them with the latest technology and help increase their direct guest business.

Digitalising offerings for excursions and activities is complex. Hotels lack in having the right tools while Global Online Travel Agencies have already taken a significant market share. Local Activity Companies might still be using pen and paper or legacy technology. This is where triggle comes in to help building technical solutions and to bring prices and availabilities online.

With a strong presence in Spain, we are now further expanding our business in more European markets.

Job description

As a Partner Account Manager, you'll collaborate with internal and external partners to drive growth and success in your destination. Based in our HQ in Palma de Mallorca, this role is ideal for candidates who are driven to scale triggle’s business and brand in our main destination Spain.

What you will do :

  1. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our MTS Spain Commercial Team and internal teams to ensure the success of both existing and new partners, optimizing their performance and achieving business goals.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop trustful and productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Optimize Accounts: Perform in-depth analysis of individual accounts and provide strategic guidance to partners through regular communication, helping them implement changes to boost sales and performance.
  4. In-Depth Product Knowledge: Gain an expert understanding of our products to offer partners valuable insights, enabling efficient account optimization and growth.
  5. Customer Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, providing constant feedback to our product team to ensure continuous product evolution that aligns with market and partner needs.
  6. Destination Expertise: Become an expert in your destination, learning about partner characteristics and unique opportunities to maximize sales and support partner success.

Requirements

What you bring :

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working within travel (OTAs, DMCs etc) or related industry.
  2. Account Management Skills.
  3. Strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities, detect gaps and provide insights to gain revenue.
  4. Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
  5. Can work independently in a structured way that maximizes efficiency.
  6. Excellent organization and coordination skills, problem solving is part of your ability by thinking outside the box for suitable solutions.
  7. Outstanding communication skills. Fluency in Spanish & English (our company language), both written and spoken.
