We are looking for our Boutique in Barcelona, a Client Advisor for an interim mission:

Contract type: through agency

Location: Barcelona

Overview of the job:

Provide an outstanding customer service experience (highly personalized and efficient) and be an excellent ambassador for the Christian Louboutin brand as part of a high performing sales team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Build quality relationships with customers resulting in strong sales records and customers’ loyalty by using advanced sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional standards of customer experience surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony through the whole process of their experience.
  • Assess customer needs and advise on product ranges best suited.
  • Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the product including construction, materials, care and design in order to provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique performance and reach individual and store targets.
  • Attend and participate in all training and events as required.
  • Perform back-office activities such as: data entry into the system (customers and sales), inter-store movements, stock counting, product receiving, daily closures, inventories, cleanliness of the sales floor, client database...
  • Manage returned items, including filing any damage etc.
  • Inform Management about litigations and escalate complex cases.
  • Ensure stock replenishment at all times and report shortages.
  • Support the visual merchandising to the highest standard.
  • Follow all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practices.
  • Develop curiosity and knowledge of the competition and build network.

Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Client Advisor (or similar position) for a luxury brand.
  • Previous experience in selling high end luxury products (shoes and leather goods accessories) preferable.
  • Excellent understanding of store procedures and selling techniques.
  • Passion for fashion luxury and for the brand.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and able to interact appropriately and professionally with customers in order to maximize sales.
  • Extremely customer service and results orientated.
  • Motivated, positive and committed with a can do attitude.
  • Ability to achieve a strong sales record.
  • Team player and willingness to perform varied tasks depending on the needs of the business.
  • Excellent personal appearance – smart with a sense of individual style.
  • Versatile and flexible.
  • Strong follow up and customer service management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Open-minded and humble.

Languages:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English a must.
  • Additional languages (French or others) are a plus.
