This position will help Amazon Business (AB) realize its enormous potential to help businesses flourish by providing AB the insights it needs to make better decisions for our customers. We employ a variety of methods to generate the insights for multiple stakeholders, including product teams, sales, and marketing.
Key job responsibilities
Amazon Business is looking for a UX Researcher to help reinvent how employees buy for work. Launched in 2015, Amazon Business aims to do for offices, factories, hospitals, schools, and public agencies what Amazon.com did for everyday consumers - make buying easier, faster, and more efficient.
As a UX Researcher based in Madrid, Spain, you'll join a fun, growing global team of user experience experts taking a fresh-eyed look at the complex world of business purchasing and trying to make it easier and more intuitive for everyone from receptionists to CEOs.
We're looking for an enthusiastic researcher to explore the world of business customers and generate insights that connect product experiences to business customers. Your focus will cover all aspects of UX research, from learning more about our customers to uncovering problems that need to be solved to validating the impact of our designs. You will work with other UX researchers to build the skills of the entire UX team to create a research-driven organization.

This position is located in MADRID, Spain, and candidates must be proficient in business English to be considered.
A day in the life
The day-to-day for this position mainly focuses on finding, sizing and prioritizing research opportunities; developing study plans for those research opportunities; executing those studies, and presenting the findings to stakeholders.
About the team
As of today, the Amazon Business (AB) UXR team has 15 members at different locations (AUS, SEA, MAD). In Madrid we currently have a 15+ AB UX members, 4 of them researchers.
