UX Copywriter Trainee, madrid

Position: The UX/UI Writer Trainee will help shape product experiences by creating useful and meaningful text that helps users complete tasks in a clear, concise, and useful manner. You will need to know the product from the beginning, see what the strategic need of the clients & SEO is, the reason for this and how the user should interact with the defined proposal.

Tasks:

1. Definition of UX language and branding
2. Monitoring of brand strategies
3. Persuasive writing through corporate identity
4. Establish coherent and creative narrative
5. Empathize with the end user
6. Cooperate with external agencies

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and researchers to create language systems in a variety of contexts, including UI components, editorial content, and help text.
2. Conceptualize, narrate and edit project documents, through the workflows required by each client.
3. Proactively anticipate customer needs based on their goals and explore innovative solutions in a space where there is little precedence.
4. Create user-centric solutions considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
5. Use business requirements and customer research to assist in the development of high-level requirements, use cases, and scenarios.
6. Work in environments with multiple priorities and with the possibility of changing objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Journalistic, advertising, sociological or editorial experience or background.
2. Experience with collaborative design software is preferred.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
4. Fluent in English.
