Utility Manager - On remote

Are you ready to take on a dynamic HR role with a global impact? A publicly listed Electrical equipment and renewable energy manufacturing company with over 6,000 employees across 90+ countries is seeking a passionate and driven HR Specialist – Iberia to join our growing team!

Your Role:

As an HR Specialist – Iberia, you will oversee HR operations in Spain, Italy, Poland, and more regions as we expand. You will play a key role in:

1. Managing day-to-day HR operations – including onboarding, employee relations, administration, and engagement.
2. Coordinating with international teams to align HR practices across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
3. Supporting global recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
4. Driving employee engagement by fostering a positive work environment and company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

1. HR professional with experience in multinational environments.
2. Hands-on & proactive approach to problem-solving.
3. Excellent communication & coordination skills to work with diverse teams globally.
4. Fluent in English (Spanish, Italian, or Polish would be a plus).
5. Ability to work on global assignments and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business.
