Gameloft Barcelona, the studio behind Asphalt 9 : Legends and Disney Speedstorm, is seeking a talented Lead Game Designer to join our team. Our Barcelona studio is known for its innovative and top-grossing games.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the Creative Director, Studio Manager, Game Manager, and other team leads to define and execute the game vision.
2. Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game, focusing on innovation and a thriving Free-to-Play ecosystem.
3. Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the game and service.
4. Coordinate and direct level design teams to ensure synergy between mechanics and progression.
5. Work with economy designers and product managers to maximize revenue through a live-ops plan.
6. Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation.
7. Foster a collaborative relationship with various departments, including Art, Technology, Online, Data, Audio, and Production.
8. Allocate and plan resources in collaboration with managers and producers.
9. Participate in the recruitment process for game designers.
