We want to add a super ninja multitasker to our team, who thinks out of the box and is eager to learn and contribute to the development and evolution of Telefonica Tech.

You will work on attracting, identifying and retaining the best talent, helping us to develop an innovative and open culture that helps the growth and evolution of Telefonica Tech teams. You will help us working mainly on:

  1. Researching the best practices in the market when selecting and acquiring talent.
  2. Proposing actions to improve and innovate in the recruitment processes, ensure effectiveness and reduce cost per hire.
  3. Helping us to improve the end-to-end recruitment process and methodology, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Designing KPIs, each routinely tracked and delivered against.
  5. Innovating the onboarding process helping the integration of new hires.
  6. Developing and implementing creative actions linked to our employer branding strategy, as well as our commitment to inclusion and diversity.
  7. Improving our processes, working close to the business areas and their different stakeholders.
  8. Ensuring communication to employees of all area initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and Master in HR, Coaching, People Analytics or related is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-national and/or technology related company.
  • Microsoft Office proficient and Power BI.

Languages:

  • Fluent Spanish and English (C1-C2) is a must.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
