The Telefonica Tech Global Talent Development Manager role will help us to unify the talent development and culture processes in all geographies where Telefónica Tech is present. He / she will coordinate and implement our talent growth and culture programs being involved in:

1. Coordination and implementation of global corporate processes related to performance and development management. Develop effective and fair performance appraisal systems that provide constant feedback and facilitate professional growth. Collaborate with team leaders to identify growth and career development opportunities for employees.
2. Design, monitor and manage overall leadership and guidance, employee career development, retention plan and leadership development. Overseeing mentoring, coaching and leadership development programs to promote talent growth and retention. Develop a talent map that allows you to carry out direct actions focused on its development.
3. Collaborate with managers to set clear and measurable goals, as well as identify and address areas for improvement in performance. Implement recognition and rewards programs that recognize and value employee effort and achievements.
4. Define and promote the values, vision and mission of the company, ensuring that they are integrated into all areas and levels of the organization so that it is a single Tech culture. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, implementing policies and programs that promote equal opportunities and mutual respect. Promote policies of mobility among the different areas and geographies.
5. Collect and analyze data related to human talent and culture. Monitoring KPIs and preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing key insights into the state of talent and culture in the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related. Desirable (Master in Human Resources Management, Coaching, People Analytics or related).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-national and / or technology related company. Previous experience in talent management, organizational development, or human resources roles, preferably in companies with innovative and dynamic cultures.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in talent development, performance management, and building strong organizational cultures.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Microsoft Office proficient and desirable Power BI.

Languages:

• Fluent Spanish and English (C1).
