Job Description Summary

Job Title: Associate Manager, Marketing - Coca-Cola TM
Location: Europe Flexible

What You'll Do

  1. Team up and/or lead on cross-functional brand category initiatives, work assignments, and tasks that align to brand priorities.
  2. Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPIs and findings into specific insights that add value to the business.
  3. Support the management of budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget.
  4. Prepare reports/presentations as needed (e.g., monthly performance reports).
  5. Drive Marketing Transformation agenda and immerse deeply into consumer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of brand management/marketing experience, particularly in CPG is a plus.
  2. Great written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English, as well as presentation skills/storytelling.
  3. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  4. Ability to coordinate tasks, manage details, and share information (budgets, resources, metrics, timeline management, etc.).
  5. Passion for the brand and the work of brand marketing.
  6. Understanding of key marketing concepts and business analytics.
  7. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
