3. Treasury responsibilities are to manage and analyze an organization's financial activity. They review financial transactions, examine cash flow, assess liabilities, prepare financial reports, create cash flow financial forecasts, and develop risk management strategies.
4. Make financial and investment decisions. Be in charge of financial & risk management (FX and derivatives).
5. Be driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork.
