Presently, we are seeking a Head of Transfer Pricing for Allfunds, based in Madrid.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation and execution of TP policies across the different jurisdictions where Allfunds operates, including functional analysis, selection of correct TP methodologies, calculation and documentation of TP transactions (including local file documentation, benchmarking, defence files, etc).
  • Set up TP governance framework & key processes.
  • Proactively identify and address potential TP risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure ongoing TP related tax support including M&A structuring and post-acquisition business integrations.
  • Work closely with Tax and FP&A team on the contribution to group ETR through optimal and compliant TP policy.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional finance teams on the transfer pricing transactions, including periodic updates on accounting accrual.
  • Review and advise the legal team on intercompany agreements.
  • Manage TP audits and tax authority engagement if required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tax authorities, external advisors, and industry peers to be updated on developments and ensure the company's TP practices are aligned with industry standards.
  • Preparation of CbCR and other TP reportings required at local level.

Qualifications:

  • Career in the TP department of Big 4 firm and/or in-house TP management role preferably in a financial institution.
  • 8 years of experience in TP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and provide practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
