The EMEA Service Parts Operations team is seeking a highly organized and personable Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling and organization of our growing portfolio of training programs across Southern and Western Europe. The Coordinator will work with our distributed team of technical trainers, content developers, and project managers to ensure that Tesla delivers high-quality, expertly organized training at multiple training locations and in multiple formats. He or she will be the first point of contact for our parts operations employees and should be passionate about communicating with and supporting people from diverse backgrounds and countries. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to flex quickly across multiple priorities, from supporting the training team to interacting with our learners.
In our team, learning is much more than a classroom experience; we develop and deliver online courses, in-person training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning resources while also cross-training and supporting a distributed network of coaches in our parts field to spread our impact to the local level. The Coordinator will be familiar with the full curriculum and will ensure that the systems and processes of the training team are up-to-date, effective, and understood by all. This is a great opportunity for a structured individual to bring their planning and organizational skills to contribute to the success of our creative, passionate team of learning specialists.
This role will report to the Parts Manager and can be based in Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Lisbon, Barcelona or Milan.
